After-School Pottery Wheel Class (5-Week Session)

Spin, shape, and create! Our after-school pottery wheel class invites 5th graders and up to get hands-on with clay in a fun, relaxed environment. Each week, students will discover how to throw on the pottery wheel, experiment with hand-building techniques, and design pieces that are totally their own.

We’ll also explore glazing and decorating, turning simple clay into colorful, finished art. Students leave with skills they can be proud of—and pottery pieces they’ll want to show off at home.

Beyond learning cool techniques, kids make friends, express themselves creatively, and gain confidence working with their hands. All skill levels welcome—whether you’ve never touched a wheel or you’re already hooked on clay.
