Get ready to tap into your artistic side by enrolling in our Introduction to Pottery Wheel course!
Whether you are a total novice or have some ceramics experience, we have something for you. Over six weeks, you will master the potter’s wheel and craft functional pottery that you can proudly display to your friends and family.
You’ll acquire essential pottery wheel techniques, including:
- Clay preparation
- Centering
- Opening
- Pulling walls
- Shaping
- Trimming
- Glazing
We provide high-quality, safe materials that are a breeze to clean, allowing you to enjoy your pottery creations for years ahead. Plus, your pottery is even oven-safe if you’d like to bake with it!
This class will meet weekly on 6pm to 8pm. Last Class is August 12th.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that registration is a firm commitment to attend the class and there are no refunds. Instead you can reschedule for a different class through our website using the link found at the bottom of the site called “reschedule my ticket”. You can also have someone else you choose take your place. If you must reschedule your ticket within the week of the class/event you we will receive a voucher of 70% of the value of your ticket for another class/event. We cannont refund nor give full credit for your class if cancelling a week or less prior to event. Thank you for your understanding.
***Disclaimer: Due to the nature of kiln-fired arts, slight imperfections can occur. And on rare occasions, kiln fired pieces might shatter during the firing process. While we take every precaution to ensure that this does not happen, there are some factors that are beyond our control. If a piece shatters, a store credit will be issued to repaint the same or another item of similar value. Value = $10
