If you’re looking for a fun and creative activity, consider attending our hand building class at Ceramics in the City. This is a great opportunity to learn about the art of pottery while enjoying a relaxing and satisfying experience.

During the class, you’ll get all the materials you need to create your own unique piece of pottery, and you’ll receive expert instruction to help guide you through the process. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience with ceramics, you’ll find that our approach is tailored to your individual needs and skill level.

Once you’ve completed your project, we’ll fire it in our kiln to a bisque stage. This means that the clay has been hardened but has not yet been glazed. You can then return to our studio to add the glaze of your choice and give your pottery the finishing touch it deserves.

The best part is that you can use your finished pottery to serve up your favorite salad, pasta or make it a fruit bowl!   It’s a great way to add a personal touch to your table and impress your friends and family.

Because our classes are small and materials are prepared in advance, we are unable to offer refunds. If you need to change your plans, you may reschedule your class up to 48 hours prior to the start time using the “Reschedule My Ticket” link on our website (rescheduling fee applies). You may also transfer your spot to someone else.

Class registration covers both the pottery piece and the creative experience, so refunds are not offered. If a piece breaks during firing, a $10 store credit will be issued toward repainting the same or a similar item.
