Couples Pottery @ Ceramics in the City

Grab your date (or your best pal will even do) and try your hands at throwing pottery.  This is a great way to try out pottery throwing without the big investment of time and cash.  We will show you all the basics of throwing and then let you play!  You will each get your own wheel to create from.  You will get to keep 1 piece that you throw!  We will bisque fire it and you can return anytime for another outing to glaze it at no extra charge!

All materials are included along with bisque firing AND glaze firing.

Steps to creating your own wheel thrown art:
Make your creations on the pottery wheel.  When your pottery is dry we fire it. (Allow up to 2.5 weeks from wheel class to pottery being ready to glaze.)  When the firing is completed we contact you so that you can return to studio to glaze/decorate your pottery.  To ensure your pottery is food safe we will fire it a second time.  (Allow 1 week for your pottery to be completed after glazing.)

All materials and instruction are included in the cost of this class.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that registration is a firm commitment to attend the class and there are no refunds.  Instead you can reschedule for a different class up to 48 hours prior to the class start time through our website using the link found at the bottom of the site called “reschedule my ticket”.  You can also have someone else you choose take your place
