GALentine’s Day Clay! Two Experiences / 3 timeslots @ Ceramics in the City

Grab your besties and celebrate Galentine’s Day with clay, creativity, and carbs (the holy trinity). This year, choose one of two creative experiences — pottery wheel or hand-building — plus enjoy our legendary Leslie Knope Waffle Bar.  “Ladies celebrating ladies.”

Option 1: Pottery Wheel — Little Girl Dishes

One-hour class | 5:30pm or 6:30pm & 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Always wanted to try the pottery wheel? This one-hour “try-it” class is the perfect intro. You’ll create an adorable little dish—perfect as a ring holder, spoon rest, or cute catch-all.

Our instructors will guide you through the process and help spark ideas along the way. After class, we’ll glaze your piece in the color of your choice and fire it for you.

Two time slots available—choose what works best and let the clay (and laughs) fly.

Option 2: Hand-Building — Girl Dinner Swirl Plate

1.5-hour class | 6:00pm

Channel your inner artist (and snack queen) in this fun hand-building class. Using a slab of clay, you’ll create a swirl plate that’s perfect for girl dinner spreads, dessert nights, or just looking fabulous on your table.

Our instructors will guide you step by step as you shape, texture, and personalize your plate. We’ll glaze it in the color of your choice, and it’ll be ready for pickup in about 3 weeks.

Because no Galentine’s celebration is complete without waffles. Enjoy our Leslie Knope–approved waffle bar loaded with all the toppings while you create, catch up, and celebrate friendship.

Because our classes are small and materials are prepared in advance, we are unable to offer refunds. If you need to change your plans, you may reschedule your class up to 48 hours prior to the start time using the “Reschedule My Ticket” link on our website (rescheduling fee applies). You may also transfer your spot to someone else.
