In this “try-it” class we offer a beginner-friendly pottery class that will teach you the art of throwing on a wheel. You don’t need to commit to a long-term class, and we’ll show you everything you need to know to get started. Our experienced instructors will guide you through all the basics of throwing, including centering, lifting, shaping, trimming, and glazing.

Once you’ve got the hang of things, we’ll let you unleash your imagination and create your own unique pieces. You’ll have access to all the tools and materials you need to bring your ideas to life. And the best part? You get to keep and fire one piece as part of the class cost. If you want to make more pieces, it’s only $10 each.

We take care of the bisque and glaze firing for all the pieces made in our class. We use high-quality materials and techniques to ensure that your creations turn out beautifully. You can expect your projects to be back in your hands within 3 weeks or so.

Don’t worry about bringing anything – we’ve got all the materials and instructions covered for you. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to learn. Whether you’re looking for a new hobby or just want to try something new, our pottery class is the perfect way to discover the joy of creating with your own hands.

Because our classes are small and materials are prepared in advance, we are unable to offer refunds. If you need to change your plans, you may reschedule your class up to 48 hours prior to the start time using the “Reschedule My Ticket” link on our website (rescheduling fee applies). You may also transfer your spot to someone else.
