Make a Mug (Nov 15, Nov 22nd, & Dec 6th) @ Ceramics in the City

Ready to make your very own handmade mug?
Join us for this fun and approachable 3-week pottery wheel class where you’ll turn a simple lump of clay into a functional, totally unique mug you’ll be proud to use every morning!

Each week, we’ll guide you step-by-step through the full mug-making process:

• Week 1: Learn how to center your clay and pull up the walls on the potter’s wheel

• Week 2: Refine your form

• Week 3: Trim your mug, pull and attach your very own handle and choose your pottery glaze.

By the end of class, your masterpiece will be ready for glazing and firing — and shortly after, you’ll be sipping from your own handmade mug!

✨ No prior experience needed. This class is perfect for total beginners, but enjoyable for any skill level.  Adults Please
