Intermediate Wheel @ Ceramics in the City

Welcome! If you already have experience working with a pottery wheel, this class is perfect for you. You should already be familiar with the techniques of centering, opening, pulling walls, and trimming, and this course will help you refine and perfect your skills. You’ll learn how to create closed shapes such as donuts, and much more. Plus, we’ve got you covered – the cost of the materials, bisque fire, and glaze fire are all included in the fee. 

You’ll receive 25lbs of clay for the six-week course. This also includes all glaze and two firings. If you need additional clay, you can purchase it at any time during the course. 

If you’re new to pottery wheel, don’t worry! We recommend that you register for the beginner classes first. This course is designed for those who are looking to master their skills. We can’t wait to help you take your pottery skills to the next level!

Because our classes are small and materials are prepared in advance, we are unable to offer refunds. If you need to change your plans, you may reschedule your class up to 48 hours prior to the start time using the “Reschedule My Ticket” link on our website (rescheduling fee applies). You may also transfer your spot to someone else.
